| I don't think these are posted anywhere..? I didn't take the time to look but I don't remember and even if they were, I think it's easier for them to have their own thread. Cleveland, call 100.7fm WMMS at: (216) 578-1007 or call 106.5fm at: 216-578-1065 -or- 1-800-829-1065 Youngstown, call 93.3fm WNCD at: (330) 729-9653 Wheeling, WV, call 107.5fm WEGW at: (304) 233-1107 Pittsburgh, call 105.9fm WXDX at: (412) 333-WXDX If anyone else has stuff to add, please do. Also, for 106.5 I emailed the program director at pd@1065thelake.com if anyone else wants to badger them that way as well. Gotta get these guys played!! | |

| Yeah, that at least means they've acknowledged Bobaflex; I would guess a small amount of badgering will do the trick! | |

| What do you say when you call? I've never badgered a radio station and would prefer not to sound like a complete tool.
Oh, and I emailed the guy at 106.5.

| I'd like to add another one for Cleveland: 92.3 WKRK- Email the PD, Dominic Nardella: nard@radio923fm.com - Quote :
- WKRK MUSIC SUBMISSION PROCEDURE:
Radio station WKRK accepts music submissions via CD at 1041 Huron Road, Cleveland, OH 44115. MP3’s generally are not accepted.
ADD POLICY:
Radio station adds music to the playlist via: local audience music research, regional/national building stories and by judgments of the music committee consisting of PD: Dominic Nardella and Programming Consultants. I'm going to mail them a copy of Chemical Valley. How can they NOT play Bobaflex after hearing that?

| I emailed them, 100.7 WMMS, WNCD(93.3), 105.9 out of Pittsburgh, and 107.5 out of Wheeling, WV. my letter was always practically the same, I was pretty happy with how I put the message, so I altered it to fit the station I emailed...Here's my email: Hello, my name is Nick McMillin and I'm not IN a band, but I voluntarily represent a band called Bobaflex (I created a street team for them). They're not a major band just yet, however they have a great following. (especially in the Columbus, Ohio area)They're actually from Point Pleasant, West Virginia. First, I'd like to see what we can do about linking their official website(www.theofficialbobaflex.com) to WNCD 93.3's site, and also I'm extremely interested in getting their music on the air on your station . I'll provide a copy of their latest E.P. if need be. One way or another, if you could get back to me about how to get their music played, that would be great! I've already spoken to Fast Freddie, your DJ, about possibly playing their music. He said that shouldn't be a problem. Please reply, I'd love to see what we can do! Thank you. -Nick McMillin- The Bobaflex Street Team p.s. If you'd like to verify the credibility of the band, look into their success with Columbus' active rock station, WRKZ, 99.7 The Blitz (www.theblitz.com). Bobaflex has held the #1 position of most requested music at least for most of 2010. I imagine they still hold that position. "Bury Me With My Guns On" is their latest hit, I hope you consider them. | |

| Well I feel dumb. I totally forgot that 107.5 out of Ashtabula already plays (a little) Bobaflex. The first show Brent put them on up here he did an interview with Hunter and ever since they've been playing Home and one other from time to time (probably just on the local show, but still..)
Anyway, Brent has been meaning to send him Bury Me since that last show, just hasn't had a chance to do so with work and everything. I will work on getting him to do that or get the email to do it myself.
