| Ashley & I were at Heck's restaurant in Columbiana and on the way out I picked up a "Youngstown Pulse" magazine. I instantly knew that would be a great way to ge the word out about the shows in Ohio. I'd try putting an ad in there for any show in Ohio. I know there are other magazines like this too. In Ashtabula County is North Coast Voice and in Cleveland is Scene Magazine. Hammer & Stacky: Would you guys look ino those and see what it takes to run an ad with them? I'll work on Youngstown and look for others | |

| The site I got it from was running a special. The bag was free, I just paid shipping (like $4 or something). I don't think they're running that one anymore, but I can send you a recommendation link, then you'll get a pretty good discount on anything you order. You can design just about anything on the site, but the car magnet sounds so amazing. I need a high res picture, though. I can't seem to acquire one. =/ Edit: This is supposed to work too, so try this one. http://vistaprint.tellapal.com/a/clk/hpW6T

| Nice, Stacky, however...I don't know that a Fender Strat really represents them too well. Con you change that? If you can, I've got the perfect picture to put in there. I'll post it here after this reply | |

| I don't wanna sound like a jerk, i just think the strat is boring. Now would this be a business card size? I was thinking about business cards myself. Keep designing and I'll do the same! I want a bunch of designs so people can choose what they want to pass out. Only thing is, they all have to be awesome. I already have one flyer designed. I'll have to make it into an image file so I can post it here. (If I posted the publisher file, the fonts I used might not be compatible with everyone else's versions of Windows or whatever on their computers.) | |

| Ya know, it'd be fine to go with your original design. I think I want several designs anyhow. If you think your design will be effective, go for it. I'll make up another design too, hope you're cool with that. Basically, the whole objective is get the word out. I figure the sooner, the better.. I like your design..Just mine will be different is all | |

| I have looked around the sites for Voice and Scene magazines.. obviously anything Brent puts together we'll be pushing, but anything nearby I'll see what we can do.
I think I've brought this up before, but what I would like to do is put together some demos (if we can get permission to do so) and I can pass them around at school.. leave them sitting in the main buildings. Leaving them at clubs would be good too. Even if it's just a song or two. People are lazy so it'll be a lot more effective to give them a sample of the music rather than just telling them to find it themselves.. because we all know how difficult it is to go online to their site to hear the music, lol.

| I totally agree. I'll ask permmission from Shaun. I think Marty's probably tired of me. lol...What did you find out from Scene and The North Coast Voice? Anything? Does it seem like a bad idea? Demo cds would be great though...Just gets pricey is my concern. I know we can't afford to buy a spindle of 100 cd-rs to give away. However it's a question that needs thrown out there. I'll go for it | |

| It's not exactly what I should be spending my money on, but I can swing it. They have some good sales at Staples..that's what I've always done for Slaves.
I got prices for Voice, Scene you have to call for pricing. Depending on where the show is it might not matter for us.. I know when they were at Peabody's the show was in Scene because Peabody's always puts their stuff in there. We'll just have to keep an eye on things as shows come up and at least find out if whomever is doing the show plans on advertising there. I know for the Cove show we'll be doing some advertising.
